France returns three 19th-century skulls to Madagascar

France returned three skulls kept in a Paris museum since the late 19th century to Madagascar on Tuesday (August 26) at an event that represents the first application of a new law aimed at expediting the restitution of human remains held in French collections. Kristy Kilburn reports.
