How We Fix Our Blind Spots

Every leader and manager has blind spots. In fact, everyone single one of us has a lot of them.
We need to have people with different points of view on our leadership teams, management teams, brainstorming, or problem solving teams. Then we need to sincerely listen to each other, in order to understand their point of view.
The best extra curricular activity for your kids, if they have management or leadership potential is being in debate. They need to be able to understand and argue both sides of the argument.
