Woman arrested after accidentally texting sheriff’s department instead of drug dealer

The Bay County Sheriff’s Department warned the public to “be careful who you text,” on Monday after a Panama City woman was arrested accidentally texting a narcotics investigator instead of the drug dealer she was trying to contact.
