Constitutional Tyranny

The Constitution is, and always been, designed to subvert the sovereignty of the People. The intention Behind the creation of this Republic was for the aristocracy to use the common people to win their sovereignty from the monarchs of Europe and the Pope. Allowing the common people to share in the sovereignty wan not only inconvenient for the elite, but a threat to their agenda. So, they did away with the original Articles of Confederation, which were drafted in such a way as to render Congress powerless and a superior centralized government impossible. They drafted a document in secrecy to create a vague and powerful judiciary, which the private guilds of merchant attorneys could use to slowly steal the sovereignty of the states, and thereby the People. It was called the Constitution. The Constitution is doing what it was always intended to do, converting the Republic into a Monarchy by allowing the Corporate State, through the mechanism of the Supreme Court and the Fourteenth Amendment, to usurp the sovereignty of the People and reduce them to chattel property under administration as batteries for the corporate machine.
