Repeal the PREP Act with James Roguski

We are living in a time when people are waking up the the fact that so many laws have been passed that have massive consequences for our rights, our health, and our ability to seek justice… and we may never have learned about them until it’s too late.

One such law is the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act of 2005, known as the PREP Act. This act grants sweeping legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies and government officials for actions they take under so-called public health emergencies. For families harmed by medical interventions, known as covered countermeasures in the law, it has meant being shut out of the courts, denied due process, and offered little to no recourse.
