DEMOCRATS MELTDOWN After ICE Re-Arrests Kilmar Abrego Garcia For Deportation... TO UGANDA!

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a 30‑year‑old Salvadoran man alleged to be an MS‑13 gang member, was detained by ICE in Baltimore just days after his release from a Tennessee jail, where he had been awaiting trial on human‑smuggling charges linked to a 2022 traffic stop. Having previously been wrongfully deported to El Salvador, he reentered the U.S. in June and declined a coercive plea deal offering deportation to Costa Rica, instead now facing potential deportation to Uganda—a country with which he has no ties. U.S. officials cite concerns over alleged gang affiliation, trafficking, domestic abuse, and child exploitation—accusations that Abrego Garcia and his legal team vigorously deny. His lawyers have filed a federal lawsuit to block the deportation, arguing it undermines due process and that he should be able to challenge removal in court.
