Who Do You Say Jesus Really Is?

The gospel reading explores the question of Jesus’ identity, with people suggesting he is John the Baptist, Elijah, or Jeremiah. While these figures suffered for the truth, Jesus’ identity as the Messiah surpasses them. As members of Jesus Christ, we are called to participate in his work, embracing the immense dignity God has given us, knowing our worth is reflected in the cross.
