In the video we see there is a slow leak from the RO storage tank shut off valve. I always tell people after any service (annual maintenance, repair, installation, modification or removal) to check or look around, underneath and at connections of which ever equipment having been serviced. And make sure there are no leaks. The technician or any other personnel whom might of been there or tinkered around with anything, they should always verify everything is on the up before leaving. And you the owner, please peak at the equipment over the next 3 days to have your eyes involved too, to make sure water stays contained. It doesn't hurt to check things out here and there but you don't need to camp out and stare for all hours of the day. If you do find trouble (in this case an RO system) first you would want to close the tank (valve on top), then close the feed or supply valve, next bleed out the system pressure. Open the faucet then once the water stops, close the faucet. Dry up the area and reach out to your technician or water conditioning specialist.
