"What's happening now in the world through us is absolutely incredible."
The "Us": They are not referring to "humanity" or "good people." They mean the J'sh people, specifically the Chabad sect, as the chosen vehicle for God's (Yahweh's) plan.

This "kindness" is the "kindness" a master shows to a loyal slave. It is conditional on complete obedience and acceptance of J'sh rule.
