I'm a marine corps veteran that suffers from PTSD. I'm also an advocate for veterans and others suffering from mental health issues. I host a podcast called The Speak Your Truth with Mark Ross Podcast which focuses on mental health, wellness and community issues. In addition, I co-facilitate fatherhood groups for incarcerated men.

I've had the pleasure to speak my truth on other platforms and I'm open to talk about my story on yours as well. The goal on my podcast is to help break the stigma of mental health and let others know that they are not alone in their struggles.
