On this episode of Open Range with Gary Emineth, guest Paul Jacob, chairman of Americans for Citizen Voting, lays out the explosive growth of the Citizen Only Voting movement sweeping across America. Since 2018, more than 40 million Americans in 14 states have voted to add Citizen Only Voting Amendments to their constitutions, with an overwhelming 75% average “YES” vote. In 2024 alone, Jacob’s organization helped secure eight ballot victories, including in critical swing states like North Carolina and Wisconsin. Now, eyes turn to Texas in 2025, where voters will decide whether to protect the ballot box for citizens only, while Arkansas, Kansas, and South Dakota prepare for 2026 showdowns.
Jacob, also president of the Liberty Initiative Fund, has spent decades fighting to hold government accountable, battling crony capitalism, and advancing liberty through citizen-driven initiatives. Known nationally as a tireless defender of term limits and dubbed “the most hated man in Washington” by columnist Robert Novak during the 1990s congressional debates, Jacob remains one of the most influential voices for citizen power and election integrity today.
