Is Donald Trump an anomaly or radical within the Republican Party? In this video series, I will argue that President Trump's policies did not appear out of a vacuum, but are, in fact, policies that have been espoused by Republicans throughout the party's 170 year history. I will set out to prove this thesis using five examples - immigration, tariffs, isolationism, taxes and military spending. This video is Part 1 in the series.
