PS15 lights

PS15 lights, there are a number of lights at this school remaining on at dark, all year around, others are kept on to very, very late 12, 1 am, PS15 janitor(s) seem to never go home or arriving very early, before 5 am, it doesn’t seem normal. Some of these lights can be seen in this video but there are several more no visible in this recording, sometimes they are right, strategically behind my TV set, they stay on the whole night. The whole way PS15 operates changed in 2008, and kept changing to make it a very loud operation, using very “plausible” excuses. There are patterns that should be considerate in analyzing PS15, due it should help to scrutinize other schools controlled by the spy agencies: staff’ age, staff’s place of birth, place of studies, hiring timing, place of residence.
