Drug dealers Stash pick up spot in the open exposed

I've been doing surveillance on the mobile home park next to us and have identified 2 drug dealers side by side who basically worked the day shift and the night shift for drug users. I found that they use A no hand-to-hand transaction method, so they use A stash spot by my house Which is located in a wash which is funny ....they know I have cameras, but they obviously try to do things in the open and discreetly so. Been monitoring it and finally caught the guy, picking it up acting like he's picking up dog shit.
