08/27/2025 U.S. Secretary of Defense Peter Hegseth: “The use of Chinese nationals to provide support for the DoD cloud environment has ended. This practice is inconsistent with ‘America First’ and defies common sense. Additionally, all Department of Defense software vendors will identify and terminate any Chinese involvement in DoD systems.”
