World's tallest bridge completes load test in China

The Huajiang Canyon Bridge in China’s southwestern Guizhou province completed a key load test on August 25, 2025. Considered the world’s tallest bridge, it is set to open in September. The structure is among several record-breaking mega bridges the country plans to put into operation in the next few years.
