Sony boss says the company has learned a valuable lesson from Concord’s multi-hundred million dollar failure.

Some insiders have spoken out in the past saying the production of Concord was plagued with what has been described as “toxic positivity.” Everyone working on the game were so sure the game was going to be a hit that they didn’t even consider the possibility that it could fail. Now Sony claims they have a lot more rigorous testing in place before a game is released. This should be the standard operating procedure for a major game publisher, but it’s better Sony learned it late than never.
