Reverse Hyper Extension, Swiss Ball and Band

If you don't have a reverse hyper machine, you can improvise and use a Swiss Ball. I love using the Swiss Ball for many things. This will now add the added challenge of balance and stability. T o hep keep people's legs in the right spot I use a booty band around the ankles. The nice thing about this is this helps to pull in glute medius more as well. Just find a spot on the ball where it doesn't feel like you are getting punched in the stomach.
