Blend of fresh seafood, spices, egg omelet. Mix tomato sauce and olive oil (with 17 different herbs and spices: thyme, oregano, bay leaves, rosemary, coriander seeds etc.). Add sauce, cuttlefish, mussel, shrimp to pan and grill, then crack egg.

Cut into cubes, skewer, season with oil, fresh parsley, coriander, then grill.

🐏 WHOLE STUFFED LAMB
Debone the lamb. Cut beef tenderloin, testicles, brain, then mix with wood ear mushrooms, pepper, turmeric, cumin, rosemary, Smen (Salted aged butter - fermented butter), salt, rice noodles. Open the deboned lamb and stuff it with mixed ingredients. Sew the lamb shut. Oven for 5 hours. Garnish with lettuce, Briwat (Puff pastry), tomato, pickles.
