REP. CHASE TRAMONT ON ENDING PROPERTY TAXES IN FLORIDA

Florida Republican Representative Chase Tramont addressed questions from the Republican Club of Port Orange on a proposal to end ad valorem property taxes on homes in Florida.
Rep. Tramont serves on a Select House Committee studying proposals to replace the property tax on homestead properties.
He explains that other means will need to be identified to replace the revenue from property taxes.
