What could be more refreshing than your homemade Watermelon Sorbet for a light Dessert on a hot Summer Day.

Watermelon Sorbet
Ingredients:
3 lb. Watermelon Chunks, frozen
1 Lime, juiced
Pinch of Salt
1-1/2 -2 tbsp Honey
(more if you like it sweeter)

Best to freeze the Watermelon Chunks overnight.
Use Food Processor and process the Watermelon Chunks in batches, scraping down sides as needed.
Add Lime Juice, Salt and Honey.
Continue processing until your liking of the Sorbet consistency
Best to serve immediately.
Enjoy!
