Prime Rib Brisket Burgers on the Blackstone Griddle

Todd is taking burgers to the next level with a prime rib brisket creation loaded with melted cheese, brisket slices, and crispy mozzarella sticks. This recipe is all about big flavor and a little creativity on the griddle. Stay tuned to see how it all comes together.

Ingredients
Cooking oil
4 mozzarella sticks
8 oz ground prime rib (or 2 store-bought patties / freshly ground from a butcher)
Blackstone Bootleg Burger seasoning
4 slices beef brisket
2 brioche buns
Mayonnaise
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 slices pepper jack cheese
Shredded lettuce
Barbecue sauce

Directions
1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to low heat.
2. Drizzle cooking oil on the griddle and cook the mozzarella sticks, rolling them occasionally until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
3. Turn the griddle to high heat, form the ground prime rib into two 4-ounce patties, and season both sides with Bootleg Burger seasoning.
4. Place the patties on the griddle and cook until browned on the first side, then flip and cook until done to your preference.
5. Spread mayonnaise inside the brioche buns, place them mayo-side down on the griddle to toast, then remove once golden.
6. Add one slice of cheddar and one slice of pepper jack to each patty and let the cheese melt.
7. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, add shredded lettuce, place a patty with melted cheese on top, layer with two slices of brisket, add two mozzarella sticks, drizzle with barbecue sauce, and finish with the top bun.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy.
