Once a thriving, affluent city in southern Ukraine, Enerhodar is now almost unrecognizable. Under Russian control, it’s being reshaped into what some are calling a “Russian atomic city,” with nearly every aspect of life controlled. As more residents flee, the city has become a ghost town.
