ILLEGAL MIGRANT UBER DRIVER WITH FAKE ID Violently Attacks Passenger Knocking Him Out!

In a viral April 2025 case, Charleston biotech CEO Bryan Kobel was violently head-butted and knocked unconscious by an Uber driver after being refused entry with his 17-lb service dog—despite the dog being a legally registered assistance animal. Surveillance video captured the sudden assault, which left Kobel with a concussion, staples and stitches in his head, amnesia, and lasting cognitive issues. The driver, identified as Vadim Uliumdzhiev, was later found to have used a fake driver’s license and was arrested; he now faces ICE detention. Kobel has since filed a lawsuit against Uber accusing the company of negligence in vetting drivers and failing to enforce safety and disability-access protocols—demanding compensation and policy reform. Uber condemned the violence, but did not explain how the driver slipped through its screening safeguards.
