Peacefulness is a choice.

We choose peacefulness. We choose to not be involved in drama.

There is always chaos or drama happening around us. Whether it's our drama loving friends, or a gossipy neighbor, or someone road raging - there is chaos everywhere.

But it's like that saying - 'where your focus goes, energy flows'.
Meaning if we focus on drama, we get more drama. If we ignore the drama and focus on calm and peacefulness, we get calm and peacefulness.

Just like we can't 'make' anyone do anything, others can not make us feel or do anything. We always choose.

And so, we also choose drama or peacefulness. 💜
