Thrifted Jam & Jelly Maker Put to the Test! Plum Jam Recipe #everybitcountschallenge

I finally put my gently-used Ball Fresh Tech Jam & Jelly Maker (thrift store score!) to the test — and I’m officially in love. ❤️

In this video, I walk you through how I made homemade **plum jam** using some overripe plums I had in the fridge. It’s part of the #everybitcountschallenge with @ThreeRiversHomestead — a great way to use up produce before it goes bad and turn it into something delicious and shelf-stable. I ended up making THREE different jams this day, but today’s spotlight is this luscious plum jam that pairs *perfectly* with my homemade goat cheese. 😍
