FORT COLLINS, Colo. — A Colorado State Patrol trooper narrowly avoided a head-on crash when a suspected impaired driver turned into oncoming traffic at more than 100 mph on Interstate 25, dashcam video shows. The August 10 chase ended in a Fort Collins parking lot, where 36-year-old Nelson Oldham was arrested on DUI and multiple other charges after a bystander had twice reported nearly being struck.
