Through the Ashes is a 2019 post-apocalyptic film about a housewife named Sloan who emerges from an underground bunker after a man-made fire devastates her suburb, and journeys with a guide to find her family in a radiation-filled wasteland while evading a ruthless gang. The movie, written and directed by Michael Fredianelli, features Sloan's quest through this devastated world and her encounters with a guide named Peeky Joe as they search for her family and confront dangers.
