Delhi Shock: Sevadar Murdered Inside Kalkaji Temple Over ‘Chunari’ Dispute

A shocking incident occurred at Kalkaji Temple on August 29, where a 35-year-old sevadar, Yogendra Singh, was brutally assaulted during a quarrel over chunari prasad. Singh, who had been serving at the temple for 15 years, succumbed to his injuries at AIIMS Trauma Centre.

Police registered FIR No. 515/25 under sections 103(1)/3(5) BNS. One accused, Atul Pandey (30), was caught by locals and handed over to police, while efforts are on to nab the remaining culprits. Investigation is underway.
