Confederation of Planets and the Law of One

Dr. Scott Mandelker has written extensively about the Law of One material that was channeled by Carla Reuckert from 1981 to 1984 in collaboration with Prof Don Elkins, a nuclear physicist, and Jim McCarty. In this short period of time, using a protocol designed by Elkins and McCarty, 106 sessions were recorded and published that detailed information about Earth history, galactic ethics, the Confederation of Planets, and wanderers.
