Massachusetts Courts Running Scam to Dismiss Felony Charges and Put Criminals Back on Streets

Far-Left Judges and Democrats in the state of Massachusetts found a nice little scam that has allowed them to drop the charges with and release over 500 violent criminals back onto the streets since May. What they are doing is denying attorneys in private practice who voluntarily take low income defendants that cannot afford legal representation as bar advocates raises. The lack of a raise has led to these attorneys no longer taking any new cases which in turn the Democrats and state’s Supreme Court are using that as an excuse to release violent criminals back on the streets.
