First stop: Don Vittorio Spagetto’s Residence—a place filled with bizarre parties, hidden chambers, and some questionable “entertainment” spaces. After fighting through wave after wave of the undead, we push on to the infamous Vanity Tower.

Armed with nothing but grit and my trusty steel sledgehammer, we smash our way through hordes of radiated nightmares, conquer these insane POIs, and walk away loaded with that sweet wasteland loot. Will we survive the onslaught or get lost in Spagetto’s strange empire?
