At today’s contempt hearing, Judge Emerson found the Board in civil contempt and ordered $10,000 fines per day until they obey the law. He blasted the Board for acting in bad faith, calling their conduct “stubbornly litigious” and deliberately obstructive.

Meanwhile, Commissioners Barrett and Ivory took to Instagram, labeling the GOP nominees “election deniers” and vowing to resist — even if it means jail time. Arrington echoed the same defiance.
