Gerasimov, summed up the results of the spring-summer campaign of 2025 and clarified the tasks for the troop groupings for the further perspective.

00:10 The Joint Grouping of Troops continues an uninterrupted offensive along almost the entire front line. Since March, more than 3.5 thousand sq. km of territory and 149 settlements have been liberated

00:40 Currently, our Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have liberated 99.7% of the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic (less than 60 sq. km remain) and 79% of the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic. Russian troops control 74% of the Zaporizhzhia and 76% of the Kherson regions.

04:24 According to the plan of the General Staff, targeted massive fire strikes continue to be carried out exclusively on military facilities and facilities of Ukraine's military-industrial complex. During the spring-summer period, such strikes were carried out on 76 important targets. Priority is given to hitting enterprises producing missile systems and long-range UAVs.

05:17 On August 28, enterprises of Ukraine's missile and aviation industry in Kyiv — "Spetsoboronmash", "Kyiv Radio Plant", "Ukrspetsystems", and "Samsung-Ukraine" — producing components for the operational-tactical missile complexes "Sapsan", "Grom-2", and strike unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as airbases: Starokostiantyniv, Vasylkiv, and Kolomyia, were hit.

06:17 ❗️Analysis of the condition of Ukrainian troops shows that during the spring-summer period, the enemy concentrated all efforts on slowing down our offensive, suffering heavy losses in the process.
As a result, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are forced to redeploy their most combat-ready units from one crisis direction to another to "plug holes".
