21.Aug.2025 (1745 to 1802) NEUK - German Ground Scanner (D-FIPS)

Location: DARLINGTON, Co. Durham.

I noticed this aircraft scanning Co. Durham earlier on in the day, operating from Teesside Airport or just popping in for some fuel and a brew?
Hopefully it's just getting some LIDAR data, which in itself is fascinating to view, but that said, I don't know.

Featuring:
1) All day? - DFIPS - KIAS Airlines SARL - Pilatus PC-6 B2-H4 (D-FIPS) @ 2,980 ft.

Makes a change it's not one of Denmark's "Bio-Flight" scanners.
