SOMETIMES you'll find yourself on the floor and learning how to defend yourself from there is vital to your survival !!!
NOTE: Always retract BOTH feet in close after kicking to PREVENT your attacker from STOMPING on them or PULLING on one!!! Pivot on your buttocks to monitor your attacker's whereabouts !!!
SUGGESTION: Baseball catcher's shin guards and cloth shin and instep shin guards are HIGHLY recommended!!!
