A Bad Phone Call From a Good Person: Perspective

We are all, in some way, narcissists living lives that only matter to us.

If someone treats others poorly, but treats us well, we’re OK with them.

Because, hey… they’re cool to us; who care’s about how they treat others?

I try to avoid this form of behavior as often as possible.

I fail, because I’m human, but I try.

Luckily, I was able to succeed, when it came to a bad phone call, from a good person.

It’s all about perspective, and the ability to see beyond ourselves.

Which is rarely easy.
