A shocking California court ruling opened the door for non-citizens to vote in state and local elections if the constitution doesn’t explicitly say “citizens only.” That’s insane. Imagine moving to Italy for work and instantly demanding the right to vote in their elections!

That’s why Americans for Citizens-Only Voting is leading the charge to amend state constitutions across the nation. In 2024, 9 states put it on the ballot—and it passed in all 9. Now it’s Michigan’s turn.
