Birthplace of Hizbollah Under Fire: Soujod, Where Faith & History Meet Resistance

Laith Marouf and Hadi Hotait visit the town of Soujod, the highest village in South Lebanon at 1200m above sea level, and the hills around it where Hizbollah launched its first operations in 1984. The two also visit the shrine of Prophet Soujod son of Benjamin son of Jacob, and speak to local oral historian about its history, as well as to locals about resistance in the region.
