Dingus Discussion - Game Design Philosophy

NOTE: This is a re-upload of my 8/14/25 stream. Rumble Studio had a hiccup which caused my stream to be divided into three. The first stream that was created was the first half which turned out fine. The second and third streams that spawned from Rumble Studio, which contained the second half of the stream, had issues. One stream the audio, but none of the information was correct. The other stream had all the correct information, but no audio! So I decided to copy the information from the one with no audio and make the one with audio the second half of the stream. You can still watch both halves with audio by clicking the Live tab on my channel, but I recommend watching this video for a seamless experiece.

Today's discussion is about different game design philosophies between games in the same genre. Hopefully, this will be a chill discussion. Stop by if you want to hear a bunch a nerd ramble about video games.

Stream Rules:

1. Do not be maliciously rude to others. If you have beef with a person take it outside of stream and settle the matter amongst yourselves. If the conflict is between two or more members of the community, then contact either myself or MorphBox via Twitter, Minds, or Element. Do not interrupt us while we are streaming.

2. Do not be disruptive in chat during a stream. I'm generally good at ignoring nonsense in chat, but if the nonsense gets to a point where you're spamming then you will receive a warning. You're only allowed two warnings per stream. A second warning will put you on timeout. Disrupt a third time and you will be banned. Disruptions are considered the following: -backseating -trauma dumping -spamming

3. No posting ads or harmful links.

4. No trying to sell me anything. I am not interested.

5. Don't be a moral busybody.
