I, Chad Clawitter, was lawfully outside the Mission Viejo Library on Wednesday June 18, 2025 around 4PM when I was illegally arrested with no warrant and no probable cause by Casey Mosher. My computer, my external hard drive, and my 2 terabyte USB flash drive were illegally stolen in an illegal search and seizure in violation of my 4th Amendment rights. I was a registered republican candidate for U.S. President in the 2024 election (Candidate ID: P40015604), and I had the 2 terabyte USB flash drive on a necklace around my neck. Several people who looked like OC Sheriffs kidnapped me and brought me into the back of their cruiser where they stole the 2 terabyte USB flash drive from around my neck. After they had stolen everything off me, they brought in Casey Mosher for him to make the illegal kidnapping and illegal search and seizure look like an arrest. Casey Mosher used parallel construction to falsely claim I was trespassing outside a public library during normal hours of operation. Casey Mosher and his cronies illegally kidnapped me and illegally stole all my computer files in an illegal black operation in violation of USC Title 18 Section 241. While they were kidnapping me, I verified they had no warrant and no probable cause, but they proceeded anyway.
