All Things Spiritual-Jesus is God Part 2

The Bible teaches that the Word, or the Son of God, was not inferior to God but was God from the beginning of His human life. The Word was with God in the beginning, and Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was none other than the Word, or God, revealed in flesh. The fullness of God was in Jesus from the moment His human life began, as stated in Matthew 1:23. The angels worshiped Jesus at His birth, and the wise men worshiped the young child. Micah 5:2 ascribed deity to the Messiah at His birth in Bethlehem, not just after His life in Nazareth or His baptism in Jordan. Luke 1:35 explains that Jesus was God at the beginning of His human life because God, not a man, caused His conception. Jesus was begotten by God in the womb of the virgin Mary, and Isaiah 7:14 links the virgin conception with the recognition that the Son thus born would be God.
