And guess what English word that actually comes over to? Scandalize. That's not your word for sin. But they translate it as sin, so that causes some confusion. This is scandalizing. This is doing something that absolutely shocks you. Now, why would a Jew, by the way, and in the context here in Matthew 5, verse 28, he's talking to Israel. The church actually isn't in existence yet. The church hasn't even been revealed. Keep things in context.
