FDA Corruption, Biolab Leaks Both Major Public Health Threats: Dr Peter McCullough™ on Stinchfield

Multiple concerns have been raised regarding the FDA's relationship with pharmaceutical companies, particularly regarding potential corruption or undue influence, though direct instances of bribery are rarely publicly confirmed. Yes, several FDA commissioners have taken positions with biopharmaceutical companies or investment firms after their government service, a practice commonly referred to as the "revolving door".

Scott Gottlieb
FDA Commissioner: Served from 2017 to 2019.
Post-FDA: Less than three months after leaving the FDA, he joined the board of directors for Pfizer, one of the world's largest drug companies.
Investment firms: He returned to the venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates (NEA) as a special partner on its healthcare investment team, a position he also held before becoming commissioner.
Other board seats: Since leaving the FDA, he has taken board positions with multiple companies, including genetic sequencing firm Illumina.

Stephen Hahn
FDA Commissioner: Served from 2019 to 2021.
Post-FDA: In June 2021, he joined the venture-creation firm Flagship Pioneering, which has founded companies like Moderna.
Biotech CEO: In December 2021, he became CEO of Harbinger Health, one of Flagship's portfolio companies focused on cancer detection.
Current position: As of August 2025, he is the CEO of Nucleus RadioPharma, a contract development and manufacturing organization for radiopharmaceuticals.

Robert Califf
FDA Commissioner: Has served two terms, first in 2016 and again from 2022 to the present.
Between terms: From 2019 to 2022, between his two stints as FDA commissioner, Califf was a senior advisor for medical strategy at Alphabet Inc., where he worked with its health subsidiaries Verily Life Sciences and Google Health.

These three commissioners oversaw the largest public health crisis caused by FDA malfeasance in the agencies history.
