Witnesses in the Storm

Is it just me, but those reporters who go into tornadoes, hurricanes, and war zones are a different breed. I mean, they are putting themselves in mortal danger to report back to us information about what is happening.

They know what they are getting into, and they are so committed to being the eyewitness to the story that they are willing to sacrifice and suffer, to the point of being willing to die for it.

For those of us who are disciples of Christ, are we willing to give that same sort of witness within the storms we shall experience to deliver the news about Jesus? Do we as Christians realize that we will be in the war zone of cultural correctness if we choose to deliver the greatest news ever to the world?
