Van Cuts Off Unmarked State Trooper and Gets Pulled Over

This occurred while traveling on 84 West near Exit 15, approaching Southbury CT on Aug 26, 2025 at about 7pm local time.

Driver captures video footage of the white van in front of him swerving out of his lane and nearly hitting the black SUV in the left lane. SUV quickly hits the brakes and avoids a collision by moving into the left lane onto the rumble strips which if you listen, can be heard. It turns out that this Black SUV is an unmarked Connecticut State Trooper who then quickly lights it up and proceeds to pull the van over for some instant karma.

Dashcam owner witnessed the white van swerving earlier which could be a sign that the driver was distracted for some reason.

It would be interesting to know what the outcome of this was.
