China's Xi unveils vision for new global order alongside Putin and Modi

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday (September 1) welcomed Russian President Vladimir Putin, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders from Central Asia, the Middle East, South Asia and Southeast Asia in Tianjin as they arrived for the opening ceremony of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit.
