Russia's Putin, India's Modi reaffirm strong ties at SCO Summit

Russia's Putin and India's Modi praised relations between the two countries as they held talks in the Chinese port city of Tianjin, on the sidelines of the two-day meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation regional bloc on Monday (September 1).
