"Forgive and forget"; in the Bible?!

Is the phrase to “forgive and forget” in the Bible?
Are we to forgive those who have wronged us and forget the wrong even if this is repeated over and over?
Are we commanded to be reconciled with those who have wronged us or are we to hand this over to the Lord?
“As far as the east is from the west, [so] far hath he removed our transgressions from us.” (Psalm 103:12)
“The simple believeth every word: but the prudent [man] looketh well to his going.” (Proverbs 14:15)
