⚡️In Almaty, a teenager threw a two-year-old child onto the asphalt

A 13-year-old teenager grabbed the baby and threw him to the ground with force. The blow broke the child's bone.

The mother of the victim posted a recording of the incident from a surveillance camera online - the footage shows how the teenager, without the slightest remorse, hastily runs away.

It was later revealed that he was registered: he was diagnosed with autism and mental retardation.
